I have been taking my cars here since 2003. When my 9000T was totaled I didn't go back for a few years (they were then SAAB only then). I found them later when I needed work done on my Volvo S80. Needless to say they have been absolutely wonderful taking care of my 3 cars: 2005 SAAB 92-x, 2013 VW Tiguan, 2013 Volvo S80. I am a car geek. I know to work on my vehicles myself and I know these guys are SPOT ON! They are honest which is a rare find nowadays. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I contacted the Volvo dealership regarding an immobilizer issue I was having after replacing the battery in my 01 V70, Volvo advised it would be $299 just to diagnose the issue and they couldn’t get me in for 2 weeks. Gave the Swedish Garage a call, they got me in right when I wanted, communicated throughout the process and only charged $240 for the repair and diagnoses. They did not pressure me into fixing other things (that I will be getting fixed soon by them). Friendly staff and great prices! Will recommend to all of my family and friends that own European cars!

I'm so happy we discovered this repair shop on the outskirts of Charlotte after we bought a Saab for my son in high school. Peter and Jamie have been wonderful to work with through the years (really appreciate this family owned business) and I'm convinced their expertise have ensured our 2007 Saab remain in optimum condition; the car continues to drive fantastic after several years. Recently they took care of all repairs needed at an incredibly fair price to ensure the car was ready to go for now his junior year of college. They are incredibly trustworthy (we follow their to do lists and have appreciated the results :) ). They really know their stuff (and it's an impressive high tech shop when you visit)! If you happen to own a Saab and live anywhere near the area I would not take it anywhere else. Very thankful.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and detail oriented. Got my convertible top malfunction repaired in under an hour without an appointment.

If you have a Saab or Mini, this is the place to go! Although they service other makes and models, they are specialists in the Saabs and Minis. From Kathy who answers the phone and runs the front to the mechanics, you get VIP service. Took our daughter's 2005 Saab in and they did everything right in terms of repair, customer service and communication. Pricing is affordable and you know up front what the repairs will cost. Service is timely as they carry many parts in stock or can have them overnighted, if needed. Very happy to have found this gem!
